We've been creatively helping our customers reach a targeted audience since 1997!
We've been providing Automation and Bulk-Mailing services since 1998! At this time, we only provide the
Destination Delivery Bulk Mailing Services which is where we assist our customers to blanket specific areas with
mailings to City and/or Rural Routes.
To explain what a City or Rural Route is, for instance, every zip code is divided up into specific mail carrier
routes. Every morning, mail carriers load up their rigs and deliver all of the designated mail for all of the
households/businesses on their routes. Sometimes the counts on these routes will vary more or less by a few as
buildings may go vacant or new homes may be built. Through using our bulk-mailing services on these mail
carrier routes, our customers are able to get postage usually at .142 cents per mail piece.
Some of the important information to be aware of in regard to mailing on these City/Rural Routes:

QUESTIONS:
Q-How often can I mail on these routes?
A-You can mail as often as you want. It is always more cost-effective to group your mailings on the same day
when covering more than one route. Also, it is a good practice to set a pattern as to when you are mailing out so
that your audience may look forward to and expect something from you.
Q-Can we pair up with other businesses on our Newsletter?
A-Yes, we encourage businesses to pair up with other busineeses when it comes to designing a newsletter which
makes it very cost effective!
Q-Do you provide printing of mail pieces or who do you recommend?
A-We do provide printing services which we hope you will utilize, but, it is not required for us to do a mailing for

the mail piece. We will not be able to mail your mail-piece out unless these requirements are
met! We can meet with you in which we will provide samples for you to see what is available. - One mail piece has to be mailed to EVERY household/business/PO Box on your specific choice
of route(s). - With all mail pieces being mailed, there are weight and size of mail piece issues to qualify for
the rate. We will need a sample of your mail piece before hand to make sure it qualifies. - A check made out to the 'Postmaster' is required for your postage, before delivery is possible,
as it is not included into our fees.
